The company was established in 1951 originally dedicated in general mechanical screw-cutting, stamping, welding and small assemblies. It has its registered head office in Badalona, Barcelona, Spain. The company specializes in shaping metal inserts and produces head restraints, a device attached to the top of the seat behind the occupant's head. The product is cushioned for comfort, is height adjustable and most commonly finished in the same material as the rest of the seat. It is designed to prevent potentially, fatal whiplash neck injuries. The company has a long and extensive experience in stamping tubes, rods and coinage of notches, headrest inserts, folded and stuffed plate, welding and assembling components.
