A commercial company that is engaged in the integrated management of the town planning and financial aspects of the process of remodelling and development of Badalona sea front, including the construction, running and management of the city's marina and fishing port. It was set up in May of 2000, initially with public capital, for an indefinite period. The company holds the concession to manage and run the Marina De Badalona Port - a concession it obtained from the Executive Council of the Government of Catalonia in January 2002 - and it is, by agreement of a full meeting of the city council, the town planning administration acting for the co-operation process managing the Badalona Port Special Plan. The company is owned by Badalona City Council and the Barcelonés County Council.
